The film community in India hailed Director SS Rajamouli for delivering a facinating two-part visual effects extravaganza – Baahubali – starring Tollywood Star Prabhas in April this year.

And now Rajamouli, one of the best craftsman in Indian film Industry, has heaped praises on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati.

The trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much awaited movie Padmavati was unveiled on Monday and the video clip released by the team gave us a glimpse into the world of Padmavati was insanely awe-inspiring.

The movie Padmavati, which casts Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in its lead roles depicts one of the most overwhelming chapters in Indian history.

After watching the trailer of Padmavati, like all those who were amazed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s sheer brilliance and craftsmanship, Rajamouli too had something to say.

He tweeted: “Insanely beautiful !!! Each frame etched to perfection by the master craftsman. #PadmavatiTrailer (sic).”

The much coastlier actress of Indian Movie field, Deepika Padukone personified elegance and grace as Rani Padmini while Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh exhibited valor that Rajputs are admired for. And Ranveer as Sultan Alauddin Khilji sent shivers down the spine in a never-seen-before avatar.

As expected, the trailer was an absolute visual delight. Bhansali has mastered the art of producing paintings in motion and Padmavati testifies his passion for this kind of an arm form.

SS Rajamouli, who belongs to the same school of thought had created a similar magic when the first part of this magnum opus – Baahubali: The Beginning released in 2015. The film went on to become a sensation of sorts across the country but it is the second half – Baahubali: The Conclusion – that ended up taking the worldwide Box Office by storm.

And Bhansali’s Padmavati too has the potential to rake in the moolah.

Slated to release on December 1, Padmavati also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Jim Sarbh and Raza Murad in pivotal roles.
