Kochi: Mollywood Actress Bhavana has said that more women should come forward to work in the film industry.

“Women should not hesitate to make an entry to the films. I feel very proud of the increase in female representation in the industry,” said Bhavana in an interview with a TV Channel.

Bhavana said that Women in Collective will make a platform to discuss problems of women in the film industry.

However, she added that she is not an active member of the association.

In an interview for Mathrubhumi’s Kappa TV, Bhavana was interacting with Director Binu Abraham who directed her new movie ‘Adam Joan’.

“I really enjoyed working with the team of ‘Adam Joan’. Shooting at Scotland would be a memorable one in my life,” she said.

“I told the director that I am going back to Kerala while shooting the movie in Scotland. But later I started to love the place and found it hard to leave from there,” she said.

She spoke eloquently on traveling and shopping alone at Scotland.

The interview will be telecasted tomorrow at 8 pm on Kappa TV.
