Here is the list of soon to Release Malayalam Movies

After the arrest of Mollywood star Dileep in an Actress abduction Case, There is a huge drop in the number of viewers for Malayalam films in theatres.

Now, there are some high-profile Malayalam movies that will hit the screens soon.

The Mega Stars are all waiting for the right time to launch their key films.

Mammootty’s Pullikkaaran Staraa, Mohanlal’s Velipadinte Pusthakam, Nivin Pauly’s Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela, Prithviraj’s Adam Joan and Dulquer Salmaan’s Solo could be coming soon perhaps aiming for an Onam release.

Here is a look at the most eagerly awaited forthcoming releases of the top heroes from Mollywood.

Velipadinte Pusthakam  Director: Lal Jose

Star director Lal Jose teams up with Megastar Mohanlal in Velipadinte Pusthakam, produced by Antony Perumbavoor.

The movie is Scripted by Benny P Nayarambalam and the film is expected to hit the screens on September 1st.

Vishnu Sharma is the cinematographer and Shaan Rahman is the music director of this movie. Anna Reshma Rajan of Angamaly Diaries’ fame is the heroine of Velipadinte Pusthakam.

Mohanlal plays a college vice principal named Michael Idicula and is said to be sporting various get ups. Mohanlal has completed B Unnikrishnan’s Villain as well.

Pullikkaaran Staraa Director: Shyam Dhar

Shyam Dhar, the Seventh Day director, is ready with a feel good entertainer titled Pullikkaaran Staraa, featuring Mammootty as the hero.

Mega Star Mammootty is playing a teachers’ trainer. Asha Sarath and Deepti Sati are the heroines. Dileesh Pothen, Hareesh Perumanna and Innocent include the cast.

Produced by B Rakesh, Pullikkaaran Staraa will also hit the screens on September 1st.

Mammootty’s Masterpiece, directed by Ajay Vasudev, is also nearing completion.

Solo   Director: Bejoy Nambiar

Bollywood director Bejoy Nambiar’s bilingual Solo has Dulquer Salmaan playing the hero.

Arthi Venkatesh, Deepti Sati, Dino Morea, Sruti Hariharan and Dhansika include the cast. Abraham Mathew and Bejoy Nambiar are the producers. Solo is being made in Malayalam and Tamil.

Adam Joan Director: Jinu Abraham

Mollywood Star Prithviraj plays the hero in scenarist Jinu Abraham’s directorial debut, Adam Joan.

Bollywood actress Mishti and Bhavana are the female leads. Prithviraj is playing a Pala based planter in this movie, which was extensively shot in Scotland. Jithu Damodar is the cinematographer and Deepak Dev is the music director.

Ramaleela Director: Aun Gopy

The much-anticipated movie of Dileep Ramaleela, directed by debutant Arun Gopy, was all set to hit the screens when its hero was arrested.

The political thriller has been produced by Tomichan Mulakupadam of Pulimurugan fame. Sachy is the scenarist. Prayaga Martin plays the heroine. The release of the film will depend on Dileep’s pending bail application, as per rumors.

Parava Director: Soubin Shahir

Actor Soubin Shahir makes his debut as a director with Parava, in which Dulquer Salmaan plays an important role. Shane Nigam is also part of the main cast. Littil Swayamp is the cinematographer.
